The Universe’s Target

Some lessons and guidelines were downloaded in every brain

Except for one

The excuses rain down whenever bad behavior is shown

But for that loner, they’re automatically condemned

Kid gloves for the rest of the society and slaps on the wrists happen

Whether they be yelling, stealing, or storming prominent buildings

A decimal of that, and it’s an instant judgment on that individual

Seems as though the universe has one person to flog for the rest of their existence

Until someone takes their place
