The College Cheating Saga Continues! American and UK-based college/university students pay Kenyans to write their essays. (or, If entitled racist jerks insist Africans have low IQs, then why are they paying them to write essays for them?)

I found out about this story and all I can say is WOW! JUST, WOW!

In addition to the drama going on with Lori Laughlin and company in court with all of this college cheating going on, apparently there was a trend of college students in America and the United Kingdom at large where students have been caught paying Kenyans dirt cheap to write their papers for them. It’s not just undergrads, even graduate and PhD level students have gotten these Kenyans to write full-on theses and dissertations. Apparently, there are essay factories down in that country where these writers work twelve hour shifts while getting paid slave wages to write papers for the Americans and the UK. The latter has a brutal sense of irony when you consider that Kenya was a former British colony. Just saying.

You see, I went to a four year private university to get my Bachelor’s Degree. I got in on my own merits and did everything I could while working two campus jobs and I still graduated on time. I’ll let you in on a little secret during my tenure there. There were students who would fake their way in classes like reading only Cliff Notes or online summaries in the English/Literature courses I took without reading the full books, admitting to cheating in tests in classes I didn’t take with them, and those same people graduated while some are making more money than me. Well pardon me for being an honest student. I’m sorry to have a little thing called integrity to not steal, cheat, or plagiarize compared to those who claimed to have higher IQs than me.

So if I want to expose myself to plagiarized works involving Africa, I can either read some of these paid essays or watch The Lion King. SHOTS FIRED!!!

Seriously, shame on all of those students for plagiarizing their works and shame on that essay factory owner for being a part of this scandal. You wonder why I hate it when people steal and copy from others without crediting people? I bet you money these plagiarists are from far far richer families than mine (okay, I’ve been middle-class for a good portion of my life), and got away with it for years now, and have well-paying careers. Inexcusable! If honesty, integrity, and hard work were merited as much as the media lies to us, then I’d be a millionaire by now.

Alabama teens want Black people in concentration camps. How despicable!

It’s just another day in America and it involves a story that’s more common than you think.

In Birmingham, AL, some stupid teens from Spain Park High School decide to video a conversation where they want all Black people to die in concentration camps. Do I even need to say how sick that is even as a joke?

America has been racist long before 45 was in office and it’s starting to be much more overt. While I do agree that The South is more overt about racism, it can be upfront sometimes in the North, too. Trust me, I’ve been called racial slurs on BOTH sides of the Mason-Dixon line, even though he is right about Yankees being more coded with bigotry (and this is coming from a Midwesterner).

Phil was also right about biracial people (in this case, those who are Black/White mixed) being seen as non-White. Trust me, I’ve had my wake-up call on that matter when I was much younger and a lot less conscious about these intricate matters. I seriously doubt they’ll get punished so severely, but they totally deserve it.

I’d also like to add one point in that video by saying that Black people have been in concentration camps before. The most obvious ones to me are The Devil’s Punchbowl in Natchez, MS which happened not long after the Civil War and Shark Island in Namibia. The latter was carried out by Germany’s 2nd Reich and some of those same people would also be indirectly and directly involved in the Holocaust, too. I actually talk about this matter when I reviewed the Namibian Genocide & The Second Reich documentary on Iridium Eye if you want more details on that matter.

Seriously, those teenagers are evil and I know that they know better. I would bet you money that if some Black kids were talking about doing they same thing to their Caucasian counterparts, you know they would be expelled and possibly jailed for a video like that. No one should ever have to go through genocide, and it sickens me how people make jokes about ethnic groups who’ve faced it.

Yet another story happens where #MeToo and #TimesUp are eerily silent. Go figure.

I’ve been hearing more and more of these stories from the Advise Show Media among other sources, and I just have to talk about this evil woman for this case.

So let me get this straight, this demon gives middle school kids alcohol and weed gummies before sleeping with two boys at what was supposed to be a sleepover? How sick can you be to do something like this?! Seriously, why isn’t the mainstream media talking about this heinous crime of the century?

It’s stories like these that fill me with rage with how un(der)reported they go from the MSM. #FirstThem totally applies here. Where’s the equality in reporting these criminals?

This news story made me sick…

While the MSM keeps pounding in your head about R. Kelly this and R. Kelly that, one thing that hasn’t been discussed is the case of legalized child trafficking.

Let me repeat this: there were cases of child trafficking in America from 2007-2017 that were legalized where people got child brides and didn’t see a day in jail let alone court. This time period covers three different administrations of both parties and the fact that no one did anything is sick.

I’ve heard of horrific stories involving similar cases where people did get arrested and I’ve seen the documentary At the End of Slavery, but I didn’t realize how many people have been getting away with it. You have situations where tons of wealthy individuals get underage spouses from underdeveloped nations that got green cards, passports, and other forms of legal documentation. This grieves me so much how certain pedophiles fly under the radar while the MSM wants R. Kelly to be the face of that nasty form of sexual deviance as if he invented it.

For the record, he should be punished if he’s guilty. If people bash him, then people need to bash others like Harvey Weinstein, Woody Allen, Rob Lowe, Kevin Spacey, and many more I can name at the moment.

Back on topic though, let me get this straight. You have people in jail right now for doing things like having an ounce of weed, mail tampering, or stealing some pizza, yet there are people marrying minors and sexually abusing them and they don’t have charges pressed on them? What kind of sense does that make?

Where’s #MeToo? Where’s #TimesUp? Oh, wait. I just hear crickets. Makes me wonder if those same people who rally against celebrities of a certain complexion secretly support this kind of behavior. Freaking hypocrites.

I hope this comes to a stop and I wanted to raise awareness about this issue.

This is surprising: A Cop Actually Got Convicted for Murdering a Black Teen in Texas?

I just found out about this today. Boy was I shocked and surprised that this actually happened.

An unarmed Black teenage boy named Jordan Edwards was killed by a Balch Springs police officer named Roy Oliver and the cop actually got convicted!

Okay, I know he only got 15 years, but this is unheard of in America. I thought I’d see a unicorn being born before I would ever see this ever happen in this country. I don’t even know what to say, but this was mind-blowing and this needs to send a ripple effect throughout the justice system to show that people can’t be above the law if they have a badge. 15 years though? People have gotten longer sentences for less and for non-violent crimes. It was even surprising that the jury was unanimous in their decision. He should’ve gotten life for what he did.

Anyways, this may be one of the few times where a Black family actually got justice despite the systemic racism around even if the punishment should’ve been harsher.

What a way to break stereotypes! Ashenda Festival Crowdfunding

I know I’ve been posting irregularly, but I want to bring light on this cause which I find to be quite fascinating.

This crowdfunding campaign involves independent media organization Advise Show Media as they try to cover the Ashenda Festival in Mekelle, Ethiopia. Here’s a video of what said festival is about…

I think this is so fantastic on several levels. It’s awesome showing all the different cultures with how they celebrate. For those of you that know about me here or my other blogs, you should know that I can’t stand the stereotypes of Africa being poor, crime-ridden, diseased, and having no culture. This is a way to break through those lies that the mainstream media perpetuates on Africa. The Ashenda Festival crowdfunding is a great cause for Advise Show to cover this year’s festival, document the event, and to show various aspects of Ethiopia that they never show anyone.

I support this cause, and I hope you give it a little glimpse. Thank you.

P. S. Major thumbs up for Ethiopia and Eritrea finally reaching peace with each other after decades of fighting. Seeing both countries’ leaders hugging each other just hit me in the feels.
