Images built up
A tremendous sense of worth
As knowledge increased

Plight of a Songwriter
Audio rivers
Are crafted throughout the world
As coffers vanish
Contemplation in Winter
Temperatures drop
Unsure futures start to show
In frozen deserts
Tension Haiku
Celebrations came
Yet I’m quite concerned about
Startling futures
Another Untitled Haiku
I don’t have the words
All the time to fully say
Something meaningful
Selective to be Shallow?
Some pressing issues
Selective activists scream
In pure convenience
Demonized for Wanting Justice
They call it mob rule
For “incorrect” hues or shades
Despite empty hands
Calm Face, Shaky Hands
Fear hides in my mind
No way to mold the unknown
I’ll hide behind smiles
Unsure Haiku
Conflicting voices
Craft these cerebral schisms
Causing confusion
Happy Poetry Is Tough to Write
Artificial joy
Doesn’t speak to my being
After hearing lies
