I’m still recovering from some depression and some mental health issues, but it was good seeing that the Ospreyshire blog is now half a decade old now. I can’t believe I’ve made it this far even if I diverged from the original intent of this blog. Thank you to everyone who supports me. It’s been rough, but I’m glad I was able to persevere at this point. I do need to improve with the Ospreyshire project and not deal with so many setbacks.
Here’s another part of my 10k view milestone.
I did some recording a few days ago and I had this in mind after reaching this goal. It’s also my first new recording in this COVID environment after the split I did with Dystopian Futures. It’s free or pay-what-you-want, in case you’re wondering about that single. Feel free to listen to it!

This put a smile on my face even with the things going on in my life or the global climate this year. As of this post, I have crossed the 10,000 view threshold! After having this blog for 4 years now, I didn’t expect to have this many views or to have over 330 followers at this time. I’m still small potatoes, but it is amazing to have some people who’ve checked out my stuff on here.
It just started out as an outlet for my poetry and for my current spoken word/avant-garde project, but things expended with bringing up news stories, posting my opinions on matters, discussing racial issues (not just on principle in my case), or even exposing various artists to those that might care. Funny how life works.
I want to do something special for this milestone and I want it to be multi-tiered. One thing I want to try first is a Q&A. Just make sure you put your question in the comments section and just keep it civil and polite, please. I’ll answer them next week and promote your blog if you have one.
Besides that, I want to do other things to commemorate this occasion. I do have a few ideas in mind for what to try. Stay tuned.

I know I had a bunch of views over the past few days, but what I didn’t realize was all of that added to over 7000 views on my blog. Thank you so much! I was feeling frustrated and sad over this past week, but this made things a bit better. I hope things continue to go well on this blog.

Has it been 3 years since Ospreyshire and this blog existed now? Wow, time really flies!
I’d like to thank those how have followed me these past 3 years. It’s been a long journey and I know I deviated from the original reason for this blog, but I’m happy there are those who care. I met some great people on WordPress and I’m sure to meet more.

I guess putting in that blogging work on this page has done something right. After almost 3 years of existence, I now have over 6000 views on Ospreyshire’s Realm! This year, I’ve gotten a lot better at posting more consistently and on a schedule most of the time. I can see how that is working. I also feel that people care more about my music which was the main reason why this blog existed to begin with, my poetry has been getting attention, and others have been responding to whatever news story or opinion piece I’ve been posting on here. This year, some of my opinion pieces have been the most honest and hard-hitting. It’s a miracle bloggers want to check out my works.

I have been thinking about this blog since I feel like I’ve had an identity crisis with this page. This was supposed to be for my poems and music, but I lost track with other things that I feel like no one cares unless it’s content from my other pages. I really need to streamline things on here.
I just got this notification and my blog has been around for two years already.
Wow, time has certainly flown by. I originally made this blog as a platform for my current spoken word/Avant-garde project. Funny how I’ve expanded my repertoire with multiple blogs, doing the Katauta 52 challenge, and talking about important events on here.
