This is a friendly reminder that my first full-length album Dear Innovare…The Souls of Ignored Pioneers Shall Be Renowned is released tomorrow! It’s only $7 for 41 tracks, so that’s a better offer than many other musicians will give you. The concept is useful since it involves all these forgotten creators and artists (some of them had their works stolen), so it’s both educational as well as innovative in a musical approach!

In other news, I have the first ever Ospreyshire cover song out on ZAP Records’ Coverage compilation! This is a FREE album that features various artists covering songs from Descendents. For those of you who don’t know, I’m talking about the punk band and not some crappy Disney Channel movie series about the teenage sons and daughters of random villains in that franchise! Anyway, this was so awesome being a part of this compilation and I’m thankful for Dave for reaching out to me. The song I covered was “Tack” from their “Cool to Be You” album. I give this perky punk song the Ospreyshire treatment and turned it into a dark ambient song. Changing the tempo and lyric order really changes the meaning of the song and I made only minimal changes to the original vocal melody. Feel free to listen and download my cover and the rest of the album.

It’s only $7 (or more if you’re generous) to buy. $7 for 41 tracks. Come on, that’s a steal and you all know it. Feel free to check out this concept album which is an homage to various inventors, artists, doctors, musicians, and filmmakers who did innovative things and/or had their works stolen by others.

The first song “As Mediocrity Pays to Greatness” is like an overture at first. If you pre-order the album, then you get an automatic download of that track and you’ll get the rest on 12/27 when it officially drops.

Life and Hiatuses

Hello, everyone.

As one may have realized, I haven’t been posting as much original content on here or most of my other blogs.

This summer has been insanely busy for me as I worked nonstop and I also have to prepare for this school year. I’ve also been looking into getting more education in the very near future, so I’ve been researching various programs that I can do with my budget and work schedule.

However, I’ve been creative in one aspect. I’m going to release more books with my fiction projects which you can find out about at http://cmbbwrites.wordpress.com. I’ve also been editing my big series that I’ve worked on since 2014 since I really want to release those books this year.

Of course, I’m quite aware about those who know me because of my reviews. I haven’t had the time to write reviews let alone watch as many movies, anime, and/or documentaries. This will be a disappointment to some of you since I haven’t posted any content in months on Iridium Eye. I did get over 8000 views which was nice. Feel free to check out that blog if you like content involving lesser-known media even though I’m still on hiatus.

As far as new Ospreyshire music…I just hope I have enough time to write and record some tracks before the end of the year.
